I’m the co-founder and Chef Innovation Officer of socialBaq, a start up that helps organizations foster innovation through human centered design processes. And at the same time I work as a Business strategist for the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness of LIUC Università Carlo Cattaneo, part of Harvard Business School Porter’s Network.
I am also the co-founder of Tansa Clean a social enterprise in India that is reducing water pollution due to fecal contamination by making human waste valuable; and co-founder of Dudle Lab a creative laboratory that develop innovative city interventions.
Overall I have more than 6 years of experience working with non-profit organizations and more than 90 social entrepreneurs in Colombia, India, Italy and United States; and as a Social Innovation Advisor for the National Agency for Overcoming Extreme Poverty (Anspe) in Colombia where I helped more than 1000 families overcome extreme poverty. I have been selected as Design Impact and Starting Bloc Social Innovation Fellow, and as member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community.
I hold a Master in Business Design, where I graduated Cum Laude, from Domus Academy, Italy; and a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with minor in Industrial Design from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia.

Using ethnographic and design research tools I analyze your customers, understanding their behavior, needs and aspirations, and generate useful insights for your business strategy.
